Forming fabrics

Forming fabrics are typically made of PET yarns supplemented by PAD yarns for enhanced resistance against abrasion.
Each design of forming fabric is available in certain range of air permeability.

We offer full range forming fabrics for all paper grades as a packaging grades, writing&printing, speciality low weight papers or very heavy paper, tissue, etc.

Construction of forming fabrics could be sorted as a single layer, double layer, 2 and half layer and triple layer SSB.

Forming fabrics edges are standardly treated by ultrasound cutting machine and reinforced by glued strip.

Forming fabrics are equipped with woven non marking seam.
